We hold tension in the body. Our shoulders creep up to our ears. We clench, grip, and brace. When we pause and breathe, we notice that maybe we can let go a little. We can unbrace.
Join me, Brigitt Thompson, as I lead three small groups in a gentle, 30-minute, guided relaxation practice. Let's unbrace together.
