Coaching for work and life

Feel. Know. Make room for your most deeply held values.

Get ready. Little things add up.

My approach to coaching

There are things to do and things to know. Sometimes we get stuck where we are. Avoidance, procrastination, and resistance are bodily, somatic experiences. If we pay attention, we can feel our limbs getting heavy. We can feel the brain getting itchy. We can identify the moments when we reach for escape or numbness.

Our goal is not to steamroll our experiences of doubt, fear, and freeze, but to make room for them—to talk to them. When we do, the edges of these experiences transform.

I believe deeply in a body-centered, inquiry-based approach to transformation. I bring my own rich, daily practice into my work as a coach.

Together, we make room for inquiry (asking questions), somatic awareness (noticing what you are feeling in your body at any given time), and contemplation (allowing for moments of silence, listening, and revelation). Contact me to find out more.
